Let's say K-State loses to OU in the head-to-head Big12 championship:
So, the loser of the Big X12 title game will now have an additional loss, is there anything keeping us out of the Sugar Bowl (provided the Big12 champ is in of the playoffs)?
Just seems like we should stipulate that the loser of the Big12 title game gets the 2nd best bowl slot; aka not get relegated to a 2nd tier bowl game; ala Alamo Bowl in 98
