Everyone seems to have an opinion about the selection process, speed of the process, who it should be, etc.. We know who some of the best coaches are nationally, but is there an AD(s) that fit the so-called perfect AD? Every AD will be frustrating, alienating, etc. to certain parts of the constituency. Everybody wants their ear - threatens to withhold donations-has opinion about coaches. Everyone needs to understand that an AD can not fulfill each item of each person's wish list. For those of you who are married, it is kind of like your spouse - he/she will not agree with you on everything. Back to the original question - any names out there that we should emulate in our search for the Perfect AD?
