I am afraid that Coach Weber is a victim of the Peter Principle. In other words, he has reached his
level of incompetence. He is a nice guy, he puts in the effort, and he has done fair job of recruiting, but
I think that being a D1 coach is beyond his talent capability. I think he would be an outstanding lower level D1 or even D2 coach, but he is and will never be at the level that a historic K-state Basketball program deserves. The similarity to what happened in Illinois is too parallel not to take it seriously.
