Since 22 July 2014, the Royals are 78-41 (.655).
I would imagine that is one of the best stretches in team history over 100+ games (119 and counting in this span).
They were 52-27 (.658) to finish 2014 (including the postseason).
They are 26-14 (.650) in 2015. I know on the radio tonight they said that this is the best start to a season in Royals' history.
Fun Fact: With the Royals' .733 (11-4) postseason winning percentage last year, they will always have the highest win percentage of any non-WS Champion (unless of course the postseason format is changed).
Random Recall: I forgot that four of the first five postseason games were extra inning wins (12, 11, 11, and 10-innings). That was was an amazing/historic 8-0 postseason run.
Too bad Bumgarner was nails....
