I have been expecting better production from the offense but have to remind myself that this is a new offensive team. They can practice the play book, however it has been altered, but until the rubber hits the road the team probably can’t gel the way they want. I see flashes of some really excellent play but the consistency isn’t there yet. Mistakes, timing, and missed opportunities are there. I do believe, however, that this team will get better with each passing week. I can’t believe that I am complaining, sort of, after scoring 42 against Missouri.
