I read the story, was glued to the posts on here and even listened to the podcast.
I don't doubt this story was leaked to the reporter and believe the reporter was accurate.
But, I just don't find it plausible that this actually happened exactly as was leaked to the reporter.
This requires you to believe our 4* general UP and ADJC actually believed they could made plans to replace LHCBS to the point of having a contract in place without the knowledge of LHCBS and think he would be cool with it. I don't believe either of them are this dumb that they would conspire, which would require support of major supporters, with the belief that LHCBS would agree with it.
