he'll promote taxes on the rich and free stuff to everyone else
he knows he won't get higher taxes with a republican congress
but he can do a couple things.
help the democrats get reelected with the vote from the nation's users - clearly class warfare is the game plan for hillary and others in 2016 - it's really all they've got...same old same old - hate rich - it's eerily similar to how the ISIS preaches hate the west for what you ain't got.
in addition he's trying to shape his post presidential money grab - he'll try to become the next MLK, and lead the poor folks, the illegals, etc. - after all he gave a speech back in 2015 on how much he wanted to take from the rich and give to them.
