Bill, you "righted" the ship but stayed three years tooooo long.
I don't think its the "family Business" mind set...I fear he doesn't know how to leave and is terrified of the return to retirement as he experienced it before. He can't and doesn't fire coaches...who would come into this situation?...and he knows we are right back where we were at his first retirement. He's a control freak and simply can't let go. Sad.
