What are the odds that schools like Kstate develop relationships with division 2 and junior colleges in order to place players that may be marginal or need development. Then if they pan out, offer them scholarships. We probably do that now to some extent. For example, in today’s environment, does Jordy Nelson get a chance? Teams like Alabama, Ohio State or Texas probably have no need for anything like this. Maybe we develop a quality intramural program. We used to use the Junior Colleges in Kansas all the time.
