Coach Snyder, and Coach Snyder related entities have two contracts with K-State Athletics Incorporated

Once contract is for Coach Snyder for lack of better words, we'll call it a direct employment contract. The other contract is for Snyder Sports Marketing which is a licensing agreement.

In FY 2018 the Direct Employment Contract will pay directly to Coach Snyder: $1.890 million

In FY 2018 the Licensing Contract between Snyder Sports Marketing and K-State Athletics Inc will pay SSM: $1.260 million

Now, someone mentioned "freezing" the salary, or is one, the other, or parts of both being redirected as a "contribution" to K-State athletics? Out of which bucket would a "contribution" be more financially advantageous??
