Just a question for any of you vets or people in the know! We have an older cat that was diagnosed about 10 days ago with a mouth ulcer or possible cancerous growth under her tongue. She has lots of trouble eating even tho we have tried broth, soft stuff etc. She wants to eat and will sit by the bowls and lap one or two times at broth or water, but it appears to bother her. The vet doesn't think that surgery would be much option. Does anyone know if this is something we should ask for a 2nd opinion or at what point should we have her put to sleep? She is running around and acting fine except for starving! TIA
