Since I now live out of state, I am no longer able to attend KSU Football games in Manhattan. I did, however, attend the bowl game a few weeks ago.
I saw Robert L. at the game and was really surprised how shabby his K-State clothing was. His sweatshirt had actually been patched! Frankly, it was a bit embarrassing - especially since he regularly appears on the big screen or TV as K-State's biggest fan.
I gave Robert a $20 (as I do every time I see him) and wanted to tell him to put it towards some new clothing. However, I simply left the $20 to his discretion.
Long story short, does anyone on here know Robert personally? Would he be offended if Cat fans purchased new clothing for him to attend games? If he wouldn't be offended, we could start a small GoFundMe (not enough for a new pickup truck), but a few hundred dollars.
