Sometime between Signing Day and the Spring Game we need a succession plan for Bill, aka (a head coach in waiting). I have no doubt in my mind this is his last season, but unlike Joe Paterno, who seemly got better players the older he got, it isn't working for Bill nor this staff.
If the plan is for Sean or Dana or even perhaps Venables, taking over, we need to get this plan set in stone before the walls of Jerico come tumbling down around us. At least, with that plan we have a decent shot at having better 2017 class. The downturn in recruiting has forced this issue, I can't imagine the uncertainty hasn't affected the staff as well as the team its self.
We haven't had a real big win in at least two seasons now.
