What is the over under on games forfeit by any team during the big 12 season?

With the guidelines just announced that you must play if you have 1 QB, 7 OL, and 53 players. We might see no games forfeit but some games with true freshman who aren't ready starting at QB.
I'll say 3 games forfeit within the league.
