What program do you see ksu being capable of emulating or competing on the same level with?
I used to always say Michigan state or Wisconsin. Both had great track records for attrition and taking good to average classes and turning them into great seasons.
With the new transfer rules, I don't know that this is going to be a sustainable model anymore unless you can really get people to buy in, which seems unlikely.
I don't know of what the answer is anymore, but I really like watching Utah and don't see any reason we can't compete at the same level over time.
Obvious answer is Alabama...
