Purple Reign will get a tough test in the start of the TBT against Team Colorado. They play at 2 PM today.

Xavier Sneed will not be in Wichita for today’s game, but if Purple Reign wins, he should be at the Round of 32 game.

Culpepper’s strong NCAA Tournament sealed the deal for him as a first round prospect, and he becomes the highest picked position player in program history.

He argued that the then-Republican presidential nominee offered empty promises that wouldn’t fix the problems ailing communities like the one in Ohio, where Vance grew up.
“Trump is cultural heroin. He makes some feel better for a bit. But he cannot fix what ails them, and one day they’ll realize it,” Vance wrote in a July 2016 piece for The Atlantic.
Vance described himself as a “Never Trump guy” and called Trump an “idiot” in since-deleted tweets from that time. In an August 2016 interview with NPR, he even said he might vote for Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee for president, if he thought Trump might actually win.
“I think that he’s noxious and is leading the white working class to a very dark place,” Vance said.

Hey guys, been able to work through some stuff with the NCAA dead period in effect for another week.

Ultimately, it seems like they're working through the board again, seeing who might be realistic targets as their board has decreased at important positions (WR, OT, NT, DB are some). I don't think we'll see them hit the ground running when the period ends, but that's because visits won't begin to take place until the season begins.

Once the season begins, I think 2025 DB Noah King appears to be someone who could take a visit. He's a target at the backend, and K-State has gained some momentum on that front.

Outside of King and some other potential targets, the thought I always get is that the staff might look at late flips from Group of 5 programs, like they did last season with Jacques Spradley-Demps, Boone Morris, and others. They've had a ton of success in flipping these recruits, and it's allowed them to get high upside players that emerged as strong players during their senior season.

Will let you know if I hear anything on these fronts as the dead period ends, but wanted to get a little more of an update out

Moore was offered following a strong showing at one of their prospect camps. He’s the younger brother of current K-State linebacker Austin Moore.

What’s up, guys! I’m on my way back from Big 12 media days and have a hectic travel day ahead of me. In the meantime, I want to share what to expect from us content wise from the event:

-I’ll have a notebook tomorrow about some interesting notes. Some guys to watch, info on certain things that stood out.

-We’ll also have 2 features coming out, including one on Marques Sigle that I am VERY excited for. Aiming for next week, but it will be out before fall camp begins early next month!
