Sounds like the search committee has had a lot of applicants and have had 10 people they have/going to have interview. Then the committee will recommend three. From what I hear Veatch is part of the 10 but highly unlikely to get the job. S. Snyder doesn't want the job. I guess a lot of really good outside applicants applied as well. Shooting for an announcement the second or third week of April.
