Just wondering if anyone has personal connection to him. I've always wondered this and figured today is as good a day as any to ask. Does Lon ever feel bad for sort of killing K-State basketball for 20 years? Especially considering what ku became during that time.
I know lots of K-Staters still hold him in high regard so I don't mean this rudely. I admittingly am too young to have seen him play or really even coach so I probably have a different view on him than most do here. I don't hate the guy and in fact feel pretty meh about him. Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten that answer out of him. Thanks in advance.
