You've got to think Baylor is going to get nailed by the NCAA after all this sexual abuse going on and a lack of institutional control. The question is how bad do they get punished? Does the NCAA put the hammer down on them to the point where it brings them back down to mediocrity or even worse--back to being "Baylor or ku-bad"? Does Art Briles survive this whole mess? Will this impact their Basketball as well?
I'm guessing because of their rise to prominence, their location, and new facilities, they won't fall to previous depths, but who knows what they will be hit with.
If they get nailed, it certainly opens the door for us to leap-frog them in the conference pecking order once again.
