Black Hills

Thinking of loading the family up next week and heading to the Black Hills. Have a family of 5, with kids ages 15,14,12. None of us have ever been before. Any suggestions on other things to do besides Mt. Rushmore? Interests would be fishing, hiking, canoeing, tubing. Would also appreciate any suggestions on places to stay, eat, etc., between here (Manhattan) and there. Will have a total of 5 days to get there and back. Thanks
