...watching the Nebraska Michigan State game and they just put up a stat about the number of ESPN 300 recruits in the surrounding states compared to the amount that then sign with Nebraska...not good at all.
They then showed the average distance from recruits' high schools to NU campus over the last 5 seasons was 873 miles compared to an average of 307 miles for power 5 schools...the announcers then went on to discuss just how difficult it is to recruit and this puts Nebraska at a distinct disadvantage..
