I'm not saying Kelly based his decision on that criteria. But Clemson? It is a program with solid history but it isn't one programs fear coming into your territory to pluck one of your recruits. They do recruit very well in the deep Southeast but they certainly are not thought of like name programs who recruit on a national level.
Interesting how this went down suddenly. I was under the impression he was going to trim the list down more and commit closer to signing day. I really have not followed it that closely but it's my understanding he was living with his father in Georgia, correct? So the quick decision was before he could get back to mom in Kansas?
