Our local KC talk show idiot and KS alumni KK said GT only made a half hearted effort to get BU by offering 2.5 million or so when he was already making about 4 million. DY is this true and if not was Gene prepared to come close to paying BU close to what he is currently making. With his current contract he may be in the top 10 of coaches in the country.
