"I think Joe showed a lot of toughness in the second half. I think he is continuing to grow as a leader and that is important, because that is what we really need right now,'' receiver Kody Cook said. "We need a lot of leaders and we need guys to step up. We have guys step up and we just aren't catching the break that we need. We have played a lot of good teams and I think Baylor is a good team, but we left one out there today and we all kind of feel that way. Joe played great and he led us and that is what we need."
