I was sitting in his suite (visiting actually) when we got to talking about Bruce, KSU, Frank & USC. Take this for what it's worth as this donor is a good friend of Frank's. He showed me pictures of them together at this donor's daughters wedding back in the summer of 2015. Frank came back to Manhattan for the wedding as he is good friends with the donor.
So this got us to talking about Weber, Martin, Currie & what happened. Now again take this for what it's worth, but apparently Currie called Martin a Liar & that was the last straw. It all had to do with the Samuels Western Union receipt. Currie went to Martin & told him that he had known about it, Martin said that he didn't, Currie said that he was lying & that was the straw that broke the camels back.
Now this story is very one sided (Martin's side). This donor that I was talking to loves KSU & wants Weber to succeed. The donor (like myself) wants Weber to win & succeed, because if he isn't then KSU is losing and we don't want that. We want Weber to succeed because that means that KSU is succeeding & winning.
Anyway, I thought that it was a fun & interesting conversation.
