I’m being totally real when I say this. You all make this place special and I thank you for that. Even in times like this I enjoy seeing people can all come together here and cheer/cry about K-State sports in good and bad. It’s not the most fun right now but we all got each other to lean on whether we agree on things or not.
Also remember if it’s tough for us as fans just think about how hard it is for these players and coaches. They all really want to win in both sports. I really appreciate them competing their asses off.
It sucks for us to see them lose, it sucks even worse for them. I believe they will right the ships and I appreciate that not everyone shares that same thought. That’s what makes this place unique.
Might sound weird on a night (morning) like this but I’m still excited about the long term futures of both programs and look forward to covering them no matter what happens.
