That the private Universities that are religious based are the ones that are playing the loosest with the law. Forget the legal aspect, how about the moral code which is what you are purportedly holding up as your differentiator to attract students and families to your university?. Hypocrisy is far from a new concept but it still is a head shaker how brazen they have been.
I also find it interesting to see how the fallout at MU with all their racial issues, which no one was charged, no one was physically harmed has led to a real collapse and draw down of enrollment and probably a substantial hit to their football program while Baylor they are trying to find a way to re-hire the coach that presided over this mess where people did commit violent crimes and being charged and could argue is truly an unsafe place to attend school, especially if you are a female.
Would be nice to see the Big 12 stand up and kick them out and send a message and take the higher moral ground. Would put all conferences on notice and for once would be nice to be in front of an issue vs. playing damage control and defense.
