Lot of people working up in a lather over the feeling that this was a down year for Ku basketball. I have mixed feelings.
To me, Ku is always good. Always have the 5 stars so how can they ever be “down?”
On the other hand, they had some depth issues ( I guess) and a few injuries, lost Billy Preston.
I lean towards they really never have a down year. Self is a terrific coach.
Of course, the same people who blurt this out say - look out for next year if this was a down year.
