My Lord. I understand help defense and the benefits of it, but we continue to over-help and suck in too damn deep nearly every drive to the basket of every game. We just leave wide open 3 after wide open 3. You can't do that especially against good shooting teams.
The thing is, teams KNOW we are going to over help, so they don't even intend on scoring when they drive...they only intend to drive and kick when we suck down too far. How have we not corrected this yet?
