Big 12 women's teams seem to be evolving to much more skilled, athletic players that K-State does not appear to be keeping up with. Even KU has a couple of transfers sitting out this year who are expected to make a huge difference for them next season. Baylor remains a national powerhouse, Texas has recruited to get back to elite level, WVU is daunting, OU remains very challenging. Hope Mittie can soon land a couple of all-conference type elite -players to start building around as I don't think he has found any yet.
