Anyone know of a site that breaks down fouls by type? My quick search didn't find anything. I am probably way off, but it seems to me fouls on screens are running 25% of total fouls. These are much worse than turnovers because you lose the possession, get a foul on you and reach the double bonus quicker. Coaches really need to do some coaching on how to set a legal screen and the ballhandler needs to be patient to wait for the screen to be set. I realize calling these is an emphasis this year, but it is certainly contrary to the NCAA wanting more offense. The calls seem so arbitrary. The officials could probably call a foul on 75% of the screens. Seemed Texas was moving their feet on most every screen, KU spreads their feet out 6 feet wide etc. I am guessing teams are losing 5 points per game on losing possession plus giving the opponent 2 extra points. Just stupid.
