This coaching staff has an extremely low ceiling. Between lack of recruiting and OBVIOUS deficiencies with in game coaching there is very little hope of anything above an average season.
I am willing to "risk" a lower floor for the possibility of a much higher ceiling.
We have to get a much younger energetic staff in here to upgrade recruiting. We have some talent coming back, couldn't be a better time for a new coach to step in and get some momentum going next year.
