My neighborhood signups begin in August as they have already buried the cable, question I have to anyone that has it. How is the wifi in your home? I work from home and currently work in my basement where I am connected directly into my surewest router). I am a cord cutter so I have both my tvs in my basement and living room close to the router where streaming wifi is strong enough to do everything I need (movies, gaming, etc). My router currently is 100Mbps (runs at about 50 connected).

I would like to move my desk into an extra bedroom on my 2nd floor but would still want to keep my fiber router in the middle of my home. With your experience, is your router strong enough throughout your house? Also what kind of speeds are you getting off of wifi only. With my current router I just don't get a strong enough signal from my router to consistently handle the speeds I need for work and I've even tried a wifi extender and that thing is junk.

Last question, is fibers router dual band?

Gracias

for your trouble
